Starting Out

A movement, posture, and strength assessment, plus an introduction to the foundational exercises your program will be built on. You'll leave knowing the plan.
Most clients train two to three times a week. Some start with one supervised session plus a simple home program and build from there.
Many clients report better energy and easier daily movement within a few weeks. Meaningful strength and balance changes typically show over two to three months of consistent training.
